“Now, let me introduce you to Coach Jorge Perlaza. Jorge brings a wealth of experience and a remarkable background in professional soccer, both in Colombia and the United States. His journey began in 2001 with Atlético Huila at the young age of 16, and he quickly became a standout player. Over the years, Jorge has played for prestigious clubs such as Deportes Quindío, Deportivo Pasto, and Deportes Tolima in Colombia.
 

In 2011, Jorge made the move to the United States and joined the MLS side Portland Timbers. He made history by scoring the first-ever home goal for the Timbers at the newly renovated Jeld-Wen Field. His contributions to the team were significant, and he continued to showcase his skills when traded to the Philadelphia Union in 2012.
 

Furthermore, Jorge Perlaza had the honor of representing the Colombia national football team in 2006, a testament to his talent and dedication to the sport.
