My name is Leif Ericksen V, and I bring ten years of dedicated soccer coaching experience to every team I have the privilege to lead. Over the past decade, I've had the pleasure of coaching a diverse range of student-athletes—from K-12 participants in recreational leagues to dedicated club players and competitive high school teams, both girls and boys. Each experience has enriched my coaching philosophy and honed my ability to foster teamwork, discipline, and creativity on and off the field.

In addition to my commitment to soccer, I am a proud educator at Hope Chinese Charter School, where I teach Middle School Social Studies and 3rd Grade. This dual role as coach and teacher allows me to blend the principles of education and athletics, emphasizing not only the development of technical skills but also the growth of character, resilience, and sportsmanship.

I believe soccer is more than just a sport—it’s a powerful tool for building community and nurturing life skills that extend well beyond the game. Through every practice and match, my goal is to inspire my players to pursue excellence, embrace challenges, and develop into well-rounded individuals.
