Dan has 8 years of coaching experience primarily with competitive girls teams. Dan’s first experience came when he was in 8^th grade leading a U9 boys recreation team. As a sophomore in high school he helped start a competitive girls soccer club and was co-head coach for two seasons. He decided to get back into coaching when his daughters showed interest in the sport. Dan joined Westside Metros Gorge in 2021 leading the 7v7 Development team. He served as the assistant coach for the U13 WSM Gorge girls team winning the 2022 OYSA Fall Founders Cup. He currently leads the 2025/26 U15 girls team in the Gorge. Dan is married with two daughters and lives in Hood River. He most closely follows the USWNT and the Portland Thorns as well as the Tottenham Hot Spurs in the English Premier League.
