| 9:00 - 9:30 | Warm-up |
| 9:30 - 10:00 | Work on individual skills |
| 10:00 - 10:45 | Split into age groups and work on skill of the day |
| 10:45 - 11:00 | Break - snack time |
| 11:00 - 12:00 | Small sided games, scrimmage |
