Westside Metros FC Ticket Terms and Conditions

Westside Metros FC (The Club) is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) of Westside Metros Soccer Club, an Oregon nonprofit corporation. By purchasing, accepting, or using this ticket, the holder ("Ticket Holder") agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions issued by The Club.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this ticket, the Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all venue rules, The Club's policies, and all applicable rules and regulations of US Soccer, FIFA, and the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL).

2. License and Entry

This ticket grants the Ticket Holder a revocable license to enter the designated venue ("Venue") for the purpose of attending the The Club event specified on the ticket ("Event"). The Club reserves the right to revoke this license at any time without refund for reasons including but not limited to violation of venue rules, misconduct, or resale of the ticket in violation of applicable laws.

3. Limited Liability and Assumption of Risk

The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, including but not limited to injuries, illness, lost property, or other losses resulting from the Event or from the acts or omissions of other patrons, players, or staff.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ILLNESS (INCLUDING COVID-19 OR OTHER CONTAGIOUS DISEASES), OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. In the event of postponement or cancellation, The Club may, at its sole discretion, offer ticket exchanges or credits.

5. Media Release

By attending the Event, the Ticket Holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded and grants The Club the right to use such images and recordings for promotional and commercial purposes without further authorization or compensation.

6. Conduct and Compliance

Ticket Holders must comply with all venue rules, security policies, and applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the Venue without refund or liability.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside the Venue:

• Firearms or weapons
• Fireworks
• Smoke-producing devices (including flares)
• Artificial noisemakers (e.g., air horns, vuvuzelas)
• Alcohol
• Controlled substances (including drugs or illegal substances)
• Tobacco products of any kind, including but not limited to vaping devices
• Outside food and beverages (unless permitted by Venue policy)
• Any item deemed disruptive, unsafe, or interfering with the enjoyment of others or the operation of the Event

The Club staff reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules. This is not an exhaustive list, and additional items may be prohibited at their discretion.

8. Force Majeure

The Club shall not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, labor shortages, or governmental orders.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Indemnification

The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Club, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to their attendance or conduct at the Event.

12. Ticket Holder Responsibility

The Ticket Holder may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification for admission. Entry may be denied without appropriate verification.

13. Ticket Transfer and Resale

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale in violation of local, state, or federal law, or in any manner deemed improper by The Club.

14. Event Changes

The Club reserves the right to modify the event schedule, teams, or participants without notice and without refund obligation.

Términos y Condiciones de Entrada de Westside Metros FC

Westside Metros FC ("El Club") es un nombre comercial registrado (DBA) de Westside Metros Soccer Club, una corporación sin fines de lucro del estado de Oregón. Al comprar, aceptar o usar esta entrada, el titular ("Titular de la Entrada") acepta estar sujeto a los siguientes términos y condiciones emitidos por El Club.

3. Responsabilidad Limitada y Asunción de Riesgo

El Titular asume voluntariamente todos los riesgos y peligros relacionados con el Evento, incluyendo lesiones, enfermedades, pérdida de pertenencias u otros daños.

HASTA DONDE LO PERMITA LA LEY, EL CLUB, SUS DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, VOLUNTARIOS, AFILIADOS Y SOCIOS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE NINGÚN DAÑO PERSONAL, MATERIAL O DE SALUD DERIVADO DE LA ASISTENCIA AL EVENTO.

4. No Reembolsos ni Cambios

Las entradas no son reembolsables ni transferibles, salvo lo exigido por ley. En caso de aplazamiento o cancelación, El Club podrá ofrecer un cambio o crédito a su entera discreción.

5. Uso de Imagen

Al asistir al Evento, el Titular acepta ser fotografiado, filmado o grabado, y autoriza a El Club a usar dichas imágenes para fines promocionales o comerciales sin compensación adicional.

6. Conducta y Cumplimiento

El Titular debe cumplir con todas las reglas del recinto, las políticas de seguridad y las leyes vigentes. El incumplimiento puede resultar en expulsión sin derecho a reembolso.

7. Artículos Prohibidos

Los siguientes artículos no están permitidos dentro del recinto:

• Armas de fuego o armas
• Fuegos artificiales
• Dispositivos que produzcan humo (incluyendo bengalas)
• Generadores de ruido artificial (como cornetas o vuvuzelas)
• Alcohol
• Sustancias controladas (incluidas drogas o estupefacientes)
• Productos de tabaco de cualquier tipo, incluidos los dispositivos de vapeo
• Alimentos o bebidas externas (a menos que se permita por política del recinto)
• Cualquier objeto considerado perturbador, inseguro o que interfiera con el evento

El personal de El Club se reserva el derecho de interpretar y hacer cumplir estas reglas. Esta lista no es exhaustiva y se podrán prohibir otros artículos a discreción de El Club.

8. Fuerza Mayor

El Club no será responsable por el incumplimiento de sus obligaciones debido a causas fuera de su control razonable.

9. Ley Aplicable

Estos términos se regirán por las leyes del Estado de Oregón.

10. Divisibilidad

Si alguna disposición se considera inválida, las demás seguirán vigentes en su totalidad.

11. Indemnización

El Titular de la Entrada acepta indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a El Club, sus afiliados, directores, funcionarios y empleados de cualquier reclamo, responsabilidad, daño o gasto que surja de su asistencia o conducta en el Evento.

12. Responsabilidad del Titular

El ingreso puede requerir la presentación de una identificación válida con foto emitida por el gobierno. La entrada puede denegarse si no se presenta la verificación adecuada.

13. Reventa y Transferencia de Entradas

Las entradas no podrán revenderse ni transferirse en violación de leyes locales, estatales o federales, ni de manera que El Club considere inapropiada.

14. Cambios en el Evento

El Club se reserva el derecho de modificar el programa del evento, los equipos o los participantes sin previo aviso y sin obligación de reembolso.
