Girls Academy & MLS NEXT Competitive Tier Tryouts will be held in the Beaverton location only, in conjunction with the State League Tryouts. If your player wants to be considered for one of these teams please REGISTER for and TRYOUT in the Beaverton location.

• Beaverton based teams - Register for Tryouts in Beaverton
• MLS NEXT teams - Register for Tryouts in Beaverton
• Tualatin/Sherwood Community based teams (2012 - 2017 only) - Register for Tryouts in Tualatin/Sherwood
• Gorge Community based teams - Register for Tryouts in The Gorge

Tryout Schedule - find your location below

• The Girls tryouts May 12 & 13 are for the formation of teams for both OYSA State League and the Girls Academy League.  Tryouts are being run concurrently.

• The Boys tryouts May 12, 13, & 14 are for the formation of teams for both OYSA State League and the MLS NEXT teams.  Tryouts are being run concurrently.

• Every birth Year has 2 days of tryouts - Please be sure you check the schedule carefully for your players Tryout Dates. 

  • It is recommended that players attend both days of their scheduled tryout dates to give coaches a better opportunity to evaluate players.

• All players are required to check in and try out with their birth year age group unless pre-approved by a Westside Metros Director of Coaching (DOC)

MLS NEXT and OYSA team tryouts are all being run per the schedule below.

* MLS NEXT Competitive Tier teams  and OYSA League teams will be formed at these age groups

PARKING AT POWERLINES PARK

Message from THPRD Regarding Parking

Please don't park cars in the no parking zone that runs along the street where the parking lot is.  Please message your participants that this portion of the street needs to remain clear.  

This creates a safety situation when cars line this street and people try to cross the road to the other parking lot.  

There is not enough room for cars to be on both sides of the road and two cars to safely move between the two.  I am attaching a picture with the area that needs to stay clear.

Players trying out in this location wish to be on a community based team in The Gorge. These teams will train in the Gorge.

NOTE: Players born in 2012 & 2013 interested in trying out for the Girls Academy or MLS NEXT Teams, must register to tryout in the Beaverton location.

These teams are community based and will train in The Gorge area only.
